Condolence: My most sincere condolences to the Silvestri family. "Mr. S" was my fifth grade teacher and had a huge impact on my life during a difficult time. His presence was so big in a time in which I felt small and almost inconsequential. He pushed me to believe in myself and speak up but he also allowed me to have a range of healthy emotion in his classroom. He (and Mr. Block) were phenomenal foundations in my life. Mr. S will be sincerely missed, thank you for allowing him to spend time with the children at 269.

Condolence: Deepest sympathy to the entire Silvestri family. I was a colleague of Artie's at 269 and spent many happy hours in his company. He will be lovingly remembered by all who were privileged to know him. He was a genuine mensch! Hopefully, with time, all of your happy memories can bring some comfort to you at this time.
