Condolence From: Sanjay Kirtane
Condolence: My wife Yashodhara and I were fortunate to know Charlie and over the last few years, we got to know him very well. He was very caring , kind, selfless and very helpful to one and all. He was a great lover of music and literally new every song and would show his repertoire in the gym.

He liked law and order and would set up steps and weights for all the "regulars" in the class at the gym and would direct us like "class monitor in school" to specific spots and would pick up a lot of the equipment at the end of the class and clean up the room without expecting anything in return. This just was a small example of what he truly was.

He had multiple interests and was an avid photographer. Alas, he was snatched from us before he could pass some of his expertise to us. He will be missed by one and all.

Chartlie, we will never forget you. The Wednesday class will never be the same with out you.

Condolence: I can't say how long I know Charles. He was with my cousin Diana for what seems forever. Over the many years, we were fortunate enough to spend time with him his good humor, passion, and knowledge. He often spoke of his family and his mom and I could tell he was a very caring, loving soul. I enjoyed watching the love between him and Diana and how much they cared for each other. I will miss him and I hope you find Peace in knowing so many cared and loved your brother.

Condolence From: Arlene & Steve Campana
Condolence: We knew Charlie through Diana (a friendship that started at college) and through the years we were fortunate to send time with him at parties, barbecues, special occasions and get togethers. Spending time with Charlie always confirmed how caring he was, how much he loved Diana, how much he enjoyed life and how much he knew about so many diverse topics. Steve always enjoyed discussing photography with Charlies, a subject they were both so passionate about. Charlie will be sorely missed but we will always treasure the time we spent with him. May his memory be a blessing to Diana, his sisters and to all those who loved him.

Condolence: Cousin and God-brother Charlie. I remember being in awe of you when I was a little kid because you were the older, very cool cousin. I remember going to your house and not even speaking around you because I didn't want to be that annoying brat. I wish I would have gotten to know you as an adult. By all accounts you kept your coolness and were an awesome man, partner, and teacher. This doesn't surprise me at all. Rest in peace my cousin and God-brother. Give a big hug and kiss to both of my moms: my real mom Dolly and my beloved God-mother Maria. Even today, when I think of Maria I STILL feel an overwhelming sense of affection and of being loved. You will be missed Charlie. God bless you.

Condolence: Makes me sad that was not able to meet you Charlie. I knew you were my cousin but never had the opportunity to personally meet you, wish I had. Nonetheless, I hope you get to see my mom in heaven and she can tell you all about me, just like your sister Eunice have told me about you and that's how I will remember you, like the extraordinary man I have been told you still are. Vuela alto primo... Fuerte abrazo para tus hermanas, sobrinos, familiares y amigos que te aman...

Condolence: I knew Charles thru a dear friend Diana. During the many times we shared our company it was always a treat to have discussions with Chsrles who had much knowledge, a fun filled heart and many good days. I didn’t have the pleasure to see Charles for many years as my life took me away from NY 40 years ago but thru conversations with Diana I knew of Charles desires of teaching and am so proud of him for his accomplishments.
Charles May you Rest In Peace - you left us way too soon
